Join our safeguarding experts for this 1-hour masterclass in understanding, identifying and tackling misogyny – online, at school, at home and in the community.
You’ll explore what misogyny means, why it is a safeguarding issue and the impact it has on children and young people. Learn to recognise the signs and how what you see and hear can identify misogyny and other concerning behaviours.
Using insight from Childline and the NSPCC Helpline, you’ll cover topics including exposure to misogynistic influencers, peer pressure and sexist bullying as well as gendered expectations, algorithms and echo chambers, and the normalisation of toxic relationship dynamics. The Tackling misogyny masterclass contains steps both organisations and individuals can take, helping you feel more confident in protecting children and young people.?
It should take you about 60 minutes to complete the Masterclass.
You will have access to the Masterclass for one year following purchase. You can take it as many times as you like in that time.
This Masterclass is CPD certified, once you've successfully completed this Masterclass you can download a personalised certificate of achievement.
