  • How can I contact you?
  • How do I pay for a course?
    • For orders less than £500, we accept online payment by debit/credit card only.

If you're buying multiple licences for your team totalling £500 or more you can choose to pay by either invoice/purchase order or credit/debit card.

We’ve set the invoice limit at £500 in order to minimise the administrative burden and associated costs to the NSPCC of raising and processing invoices. This helps ensure that income we raise is spent on our charitable mission to protect children from abuse and neglect.

Bulk purchase pricing is sometimes available, contact us for details.

  • I need to purchase multiple courses or multiple licenses for one course for my team. How do I assign these to my team members?
    • When purchasing a course for multiple people in your organisation, enter the quantity required. You will then be given the ability to assign a registration code to each member of your team which will allow them to access the course purchased.

      Assigning training to others:

To assign training to other people in your organisation, log in to your raccount and go to the 'Registration Codes' page. Select the course, view the details and select 'Assign Single Code'. This will allow you to enter the email address and first/last name of the person you would like to complete the course.

    • You will need to supply the name of the team member and their email address so an invite to take the course can be sent.

    • Please note, if you will be taking any NSPCC Learning training yourself, we recommend using a shared or role-based email account such as training@email.com or hr@email.com to purchase and manage licences on behalf of your team, and then creating your own account using your own email address to take your own training.

    • This ensures your training record stays with you and,  should you leave your organisation or your role changes and you no longer manage the training in your organisation, training records can be easily managed by someone else.

  • What are the technical requirements?
    • Our courses should work in most web browsers, although we recommend that you use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari (not Firefox). We recommend installing the latest version of your browser before beginning your course.

Our courses are compatible with most tablet devices, however the NSPCC does not provide full technical support for tablet users. We also provide technical support other mobile devices.

Film clips hosted on the video sharing site Vimeo feature in some of our courses. Video playback controls will vary and are dependent on the browser used to take the course. If you experience problems with the films then we recommend you try taking the course in a different browser.
